Radical Change Pilates Teacher Training

Lead with Purpose. Teach with Confidence. Build a Practice That Supports Your Life.

You want more than a side hustle. You want to create a career rooted in real impact; something that feels aligned with your body, values and long-term goals.

Our Somatic-Focused Pilates Teacher Training is for you when you’re ready to:

  • Build a career where your energy, empathy and skill are assets not “liabilities.”

  • Teach movement that helps people feel safe in their bodies, not perform in them.

  • Learn in an environment that’s inclusive, trauma-aware and grounded in real-world teaching and knowledge.

This isn’t about picture-perfect poses.
This is about becoming the kind of teacher whose work actually lands and lasts.

Whether you're switching careers, craving freedom, have a home practice or ready to turn your natural gifts into something sustainable, this training shows you how to lead, teach, and build a practice that doesn’t just make money it makes sense.

Led by Lived Expertise

Andrea Randolph, founder of the Radical Change Method™, has spent over 35 years working with bodies from elite athletes and post-surgical clients to women navigating burnout, chronic pain, and major life transitions.

She’s not just a master teacher. She’s rebuilt her own body after four total knee replacements.

This method wasn’t written in a lab. It was built in the studio, in recovery and in real-life sessions with thousands of clients. That’s the kind of wisdom you can’t shortcut and the kind of mentorship that creates standout teachers and humans. As many past students have stated, they come for Pilates and leave empowered. That’s real radical change.

Why Her Experience Matters to You

  • You’ll learn from someone who’s trained bodies under pressure, not performance

  • You’ll witness firsthand how to adapt for prenatal, post-op and hypermobile clients

  • You’ll gain real tools for teaching, regulating and growing personally and professionally

And unlike other programs, you’re not just learning the “what.

You’re learning the “why,” “when,” and “how it feels.”

Why Somatics Makes You a Better Teacher

What is Somatics?

Somatics is the study and practice of movement as it is felt and experienced internally not just how it looks externally. It centers nervous system safety, awareness, breath and functional control.

In Pilates, a somatic approach means:

  • You teach movement that feels safe, not forced

  • You focus on what the body can sense and integrate, not just replicate

  • You develop clients' internal strength, balance, and trust not just shapes

Why This Is a Game Changer Now

More clients than ever are showing up with nervous system dysregulation, trauma symptoms, fatigue, chronic tension and mental burnout. Traditional fitness models often override or ignore these cues.

Teaching somatically brings awareness and helps you to:

  • Observe breath and how your clients in real time and learn how to help them connect to their breath and move from intention

  • Modify with compassion, not just mechanics by understanding that movement goes beyond examples in manual

  • Offer a nervous system reset through movement

The future of movement is not harder, faster or social media ready.
It’s more awareness for bodies we currently inhabit. More intuitive, you’ve been exposed to the simple foundation that movement looks different but is the same, modify as the body needs. More restorative options in your teaching toolbox. That’s what this training teaches you to deliver.

This Is a Teaching Program for the Future Studio Owner

Most trainings stop when the certificate prints.
We go further.

We believe empowered instructors change their communities and their own lives. That’s why we’ve woven the foundation of private practice and entrepreneurship into this training.

You'll learn:

  • The mindset shifts required to own your space as a teacher

  • How to ethically price, package and position your services

  • Business models that support longevity not burnout

  • Real stories from Andrea’s 35+ year journey in creating and sustaining a wellness brand/business

This is teaching for those who want more than a class schedule.
It’s for those looking for an opportunity to take a breath and restructure.

You’re Not Looking for a Shortcut. You’re Looking for Something That Lasts.

If you’ve been circling around teacher training but wondering if an independent program is “enough,” you’re not alone.

Legacy trainings from the manufacturer of equipment offer trainings that promise fast results and polished credentials.
But fast doesn’t mean embodied. And recognizable doesn’t mean prepared.

Here’s what they don’t usually tell you:

  • Most fast-track programs leave you feeling uncertain when it’s time to actually teach.

  • They often skip real-world exposure to bodies that don’t match the manual and many of us have experienced what that feels like in the real world

  • You get a certificate but no foundation, no mentorship and no somatic awareness or understanding in a career founded on bodies. The disconnect continues.

Radical Change Method ™️ is built differently.
We’re independent by design and so that we can stay personal, client-centered and grounded in how bodies actually work and heal. Which is different on each body we see! And somehow that’s a radical idea in fitness, yet…

You won’t memorize and perform.
You’ll observe, integrate and practice until you trust yourself.

We prepare you to lead a class and/or private session from a place of confidence and curiosity.
We teach the real somatic and functional movement skills that keep clients coming back:
Presence. Precision. Nervous system safety. Trauma-aware language. Adaptability.

You’ll work with real clients during your training, across body types, life stages and recovery timelines.
You’ll learn the power of cueing, noticing how people naturally move in the body they inhabit and creating space for people to reconnect to themselves in a positive and empowering way.
That’s what makes you referable. That’s what builds a career, not just a class list at a studio.

You don’t need a branded logo to be legitimate.
You need tools that help you help others, support and mentorship that continues as you grow and a method that grows with you.

And that’s exactly what we teach.

Who This Is For

  • Aspiring instructors with a calling not just a curiosity

  • Licensed mental health therapists and professionals
