Restore & Recover · Sexy Yummy Spine™
Slower-paced classes designed to introduce somatic awareness and restorative movement. These classes are ideal if you are new to Pilates, returning after time away or have experienced discomfort in other studios.
If you live with chronic pain including neck, back, hip, or joint pain Sexy Yummy Spine™ is a signature class created by studio owner Andrea Kane during her rehabilitation from four back-to-back total knee replacements between August 2022 and November 2023. The class is focused on spinal support, nervous system regulation and full-body functional movement. We have clients with spinal fusions, disc conditions, shoulder, neck pain. If you have discomfort and have felt that pilates class wasn’t for you… this is the class for you.

Begin Your Pilates Practice
Radical Foundations
This is the ideal first Pilates class if you have no current injuries or pain concerns. You’ll learn foundational Pilates movement in a steady, supportive flow that builds familiarity, coordination, and confidence. Expect to use a blend of pilates apparatus: reformer, tower, chair, spine corrector
Radical Mat
A mat-based class focused on core strength, mobility, and body awareness using minimal equipment. A great complement to reformer work or a strong starting point if you enjoy floor-based movement.
Radical Pilates
Pilates movement in a steady, supportive flow that builds familiarity, coordination and confidence. Expect to use a blend of pilates apparatus: reformer, tower, chair, spine corrector
Radical Rewire™️
Retrain your movement patterns, strengthen deep stabilizing muscles and create better balance, alignment and pelvic floor activation.
This class is ideal for anyone dealing with “real body” issues: tight hips, cranky knees, low-back tension, neck stiffness or simply feeling out of sync as you live in your body.
Through slow, intentional work, you’ll repattern how you move, rebuild functional strength and improve your overall stability and ease. Regular participants are encouraged to purchase a balance board. Information provided in class.
Add Cardio and/or Strength
Cardio Reformer
A joint-friendly, back-supported endurance class using the reformer and cardio-trampoline.
Radical Strength + Cardio
Integrates weights and cardio-trampoline for a balanced, energizing option.
Radical Pilates Sculpt
A fun, strength-focused class that mixes Pilates with tools like the Bala Power Ring, Bala balls and hand weights or kettlebells. We move in a slow, steady and controlled way so the workout stays safe for your joints while still giving you a great challenge. Be ready to sweat and move!
Advance Your Practice
Radical Pilates+ · Radical Pilates Sculpt · Radical Athlete+
Higher-intensity, athletic-paced classes that incorporate the reformer, chair, tower, and small accessories. Best suited once you feel confident with Pilates fundamentals and studio pacing.
Not Sure Where to Begin?
If you have pain, injuries, or specific concerns, we recommend starting with a 1:1 Private Pilates Session. This allows you to learn the pace, understand the exercises and decide if Pilates at Radical Change is the right fit for your body and energy.
