Created and led by Andrea Kane, studio owner, creator of The Radical Change Method™, somatic educator, Pilates innovator and bodywork guide with 30+ years of experience helping people embody clarity, agency and strength. In her business mindset podcast The Healed Entrepreneur, she explores how entrepreneurs can integrate mind, body, and nervous system intelligence to move beyond trauma, self-doubt and overwhelm turning lived experience into action, insight and sustainable growth.

The Somatic Pilates Lab is an open, ongoing space for anyone interested in developing a more intimate, functional relationship with their body.
This Lab is not about Pilates certification.
It is not about continuing education credits.
And it is not limited to instructors.It is for movement specialists and embodied humans alike: personal trainers, yoga teachers, massage therapists, physical therapists, Pilates practitioners and anyone curious about how muscular connection and somatic awareness change how we live inside our bodies.
The Pilates equipment is simply a tool.
The work is about perception.Additonally, it’s about creating your community. As you grow, you begin to see yourself through a different lens. As you change, so must your tribe.
